Pair Building

Integrate your own AI tools that will actually work, in a way you'll actually use.

For business coaches, entrepreneurs, managers, and individual contributors. For ninety minutes at a time, at your keyboard, we build an AI system set up around how you actually work, and you keep it at the end. You drive, I navigate.

Two men in an atelier examining a print together

You know your own business. You know what you want to say. But actually publishing it takes a lot of work.

You have an idea for a new piece of content. But figuring out how to distribute it through all your channels, making an original graphic and then putting it in multiple formats and sizes, rewriting shorter versions, and editing a video of yourself talking about the thing itself takes hours. Formatting a post on your website is a nightmare, and you still need to have actual face-to-face conversations with your clients and prospects.

Then, there's the forgotten list: the monthly newsletter you stopped sending, the videos from previous ideas still sitting on your phone, the email onboarding sequence you know your clients would benefit from. Not because you have nothing to say or you don't know what to do; because every one of them comes with manual steps that take ages no matter how well you know them, and that's the part that never fits in the week.

Aisling McCaffrey

Your navigator is me, Aisling McCaffrey. I'm there in every session, and I'm the one who analyzes your intake quiz. This is not DIY. This is Pair Building.

You've already tried AI and it was just ok.

You asked ChatGPT to write a post or design a graphic. It produced something that sounded like everyone else's posts, or looked like a cheesy car salesman's ad. You reflected and concluded, reasonably, that AI wasn't for you.

Here's where people are making the mistake when trying AI: it's not a person. It's a computer program. You're pointing it at the human bottleneck instead of the computer bottleneck. You don't need help understanding your own business or clients. You built it yourself. What you need support on are the tasks that only work on a computer: formatting, resizing, scheduling, publishing. The time-consuming, draining work where creativity and human perspective are actually less essential.

Setting that layer up around your tools, your channels, and your way of working is the goal of this method. Not another piece of bloated software: a smart system that connects what you already have.

The methodology behind Pair Building

Based on pair programming, these are ninety-minute working sessions, at one keyboard: yours. You drive, I navigate. The method is always the same, and what we build is always different:

01 Find the problem

Figure out where you're actually spinning your wheels, and where you're doing a good job. Fix the one that's hard, leave the one that's fun.

02 Pick one thing to work on

Fix it first. Don't overthink it and try to fix everything at once.

03 Build together, live

Using your machine, so we know it works there, whatever your technical setup.

04 Keep it forever

It runs without me there, and you know how to use it because you built it. You can even explain how it works to someone else, on your team or elsewhere.

05 Improve with loops

Use what we've built between sessions to figure out what needs to improve, and how to apply it to further problems.

There is no one-size-fits-all recipe. There is only a method based on how tasks divide between the human and the computer, and on context. AI tools change monthly, so nothing gets locked in to one vendor. It needs to work for your business, on your machine, with you as the human component. Most importantly, it needs to be safe for you and your client data.

What you leave with

Most programs send you home with notes and tips about software you could have bought yourself. This is deliberately not one of them: you leave with something that actually runs.

A context file

A plain-text description of your business that your AI reads before every task: the personas you serve, how you work, what you never give permission to touch. Your data stays secure and your work gets augmented.

A folder structure

Your notes, offers, and past work organized so an AI can find and use them. So can you, which turns out to matter just as much.

Two or three pipelines built for your business

Your words in, a published thing out: the newsletter formatted and scheduled, the post with its LinkedIn formatting intact, the images sized for each platform. Yours to run, yours to change.

Prompts you can edit

Written down, in your files, in language you understand, because you were there when they were written. Nothing lives in my head or on my laptop.

All of it on your machine, working after I’ve gone.

What clients say

I was drawn by her ethical stand, her ideology and her no bs attitude… She listens, adapts, asks great questions and really listens – I haven’t felt so respected in that I know my own product in a long time! I kid you not – at the end of our very first session, I have two complete projects that already created so much value I can hardly believe it, and that are fully privacy-compliant.

The paths, and what they cost

Published in full, because you’re tired of booking calls to find out what things cost. The quiz tells you which path fits; that’s its whole job.

Diagnostic

€190

One 90-minute session

+ VAT · fully credited against any path booked within 30 days

We sit down with your actual week and work out where AI would genuinely save you time. You leave with a written recommendation: one path I’d suggest, and two alternatives. A diagnosis, on paper, that’s yours either way.

Unblock

€690

Two sessions

+ VAT

One specific, painful piece of work, e.g. the newsletter that takes an afternoon to format, the images resized by hand, the publishing done channel by channel. Fixed and running by the end of the second session. The right start if you want proof before anything bigger.

Build Sprint

€1,150

Three to four sessions

+ VAT

You already know your way around the tools and there’s one specific thing you want to exist. We build it together, properly, with one written check-in between sessions.

AI Operating System

€1,650

Six sessions over about eight weeks

+ VAT

For when the time is leaking across many tasks, not one. Folder structure, a context file your AI actually reads, two or three pipelines built for your business, your channels wired up, and a privacy posture that holds up. Written questions answered within two working days for the eight weeks, about what we built together.

Current: €180/month + VAT. One working session a month to keep your setup alive as the tools change. Only offered at the end of a path, never sold on its own.

Executive and bespoke: scoped and quoted. For executives and situations that don’t fit a published path, the shape and the price come from a conversation. Get in touch.

Our number one priority: protecting your reputation

Your clients have told you things in confidence. Some of what you've pasted into free AI tools probably shouldn't have gone there; most people in your position have done it, and almost nobody has been in trouble for it yet. But it is coming. Another mistake: the privacy notice on your website almost certainly doesn't match the tools you actually use.

As part of every build, whichever path you take, you come away with: what can safely go where, what must never leave your machine, and a setup that matches what your privacy notice says. As EU-sovereign as necessary, and not very sexy. But do this properly, once, and you're set.

Start with the quiz

Seven questions, one at a time, about four minutes. I read every answer myself and come back within two working days with a written read on where AI would actually save you time, and one thing you can do this week, whether or not you ever pay me anything. Currently for Luxembourg residents only. I'll also ask for your LinkedIn profile; it's how I check you're a real person in my market before I put real time into your read.
