Privacy notice — Luxembourg Small Team AI Survey 2026#

This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share when you fill in this survey. If anything here is unclear, write to privacy@crystallized.lu and we will answer.

What we collect#

From the survey itself: only your answers to the survey questions. That’s it.

We do not collect:

Your name, your organisation’s name, or your job title (beyond the broad role category you select)
Your IP address
Your browser fingerprint or user-agent string
Cookies or session identifiers
Any analytics data — there are no tracking scripts on the survey pages

If you opt in to receive the published report: we collect your email address and your preferred language (EN or FR). Nothing else.

How responses and emails stay separate#

Survey responses and report-subscriber emails are stored in two different database tables, with no shared ID and no foreign key. Submission timestamps are rounded to the minute and subscription timestamps to the hour, so the two cannot be matched by their timing either. The email opt-in lives on a separate page reached only after you submit the survey, and it is sent as a separate request. Even we cannot link your email to your answers.

Where data is stored#

Your survey answers live only on Crystallized Intelligence’s own infrastructure: a Postgres database in a Scaleway container in the EU (Warsaw region). They are not shared with any other service or platform, and no response data is ever sent to a third-party AI provider. See our AI disclosure for the full data-handling workflow.

Your email address (if you opt in to the report) is stored in that same EU database and is also synced to Brevo, our email provider — a company based in the EU (France) — so we can send you the confirmation and the report. Brevo only ever receives your email address and preferred language; it never receives your survey answers, which stay on our own infrastructure.

How long we keep it#

Survey responses. Individual survey responses are deleted twelve months after submission. Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for research and reporting purposes.
Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who can see your responses#

Only Aisling McCaffrey (sole operator of Crystallized Intelligence) has access to the raw response data, for the purpose of writing the report. No employees, no contractors, no third parties.

You can ask us to:

Access the data we hold about you
Delete your subscriber email
Export your subscriber record in a portable format

Because survey responses contain no identifying information, we cannot connect a specific response back to you — which is the point. If you want a response removed, you would need to tell us enough to identify it (for example, paraphrasing your workflow story), and we will do our best.

Changes to this notice#

If we update this notice, the change date at the bottom of the page will move. We will not retroactively use data in ways that contradict the version of the notice in force when you submitted.
