Crystallized Intelligence is an AI consultancy based in Luxembourg, serving
small organisations across the greater region. We design and build AI
orchestration systems for teams who benefit from having less data, not more —
NGOs, SMEs, and solopreneurs.

## Who we serve

- NGOs and human-rights organisations — including those targeted by hostile
  governments. Vulnerable to foreign SaaS dependency; need sovereign, secure,
  affordable AI solutions with limited technical capacity.
- SMEs across Europe — small and medium businesses adopting AI for practical
  ROI. Only 17% of EU small enterprises have adopted AI today.
- Solopreneurs — individual operators who use AI orchestration to punch above
  their weight, accomplishing what used to require a team.

## What we do

- AI orchestration for small teams — multi-agent workflows, tool pipelines,
  and MCP-based systems tailored to each organisation's specific problem.
  Less data means more detailed project scoping and solutions that precisely
  fit the problem.
- Knowledge and data systems — retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), internal
  search, organised folder approaches, and document processing. Make

## How we build

- European tech sovereignty as architecture, not afterthought. We use the
  best AI models available for building (including non-European ones like
  Claude), but the architecture around them is sovereign: EU-hosted cloud
  infrastructure, open-source tools, European LLM models for API calls, and
  data that stays under the client's control.
- Open-source and cloud-first. Self-hosted where possible; SaaS only where
  it's genuinely the right tool.
- Privacy and cost-consciousness built in. Plausible for analytics (EU-hosted,
  no cookies). Cost-conscious tool selection by default.

- The advantage of less data. Small organisations don't have big-company data
  problems. Less data means faster iteration and better-scoped solutions.
