# AI Orchestration for NGOs

## Who this is for
- Human-rights organisations operating in hostile or high-risk environments.
- NGOs with limited in-house technical capacity.
- Small non-profits that cannot afford enterprise AI consultancies but need
  more than off-the-shelf SaaS.
- Teams whose data is sensitive enough that foreign SaaS is a liability, not
  a convenience.

## Problem
- Foreign SaaS tools create supply-chain and jurisdictional risk — data may
be subpoenaed, subject to foreign export controls, or cut off without notice.
- Enterprise AI consultancies cost more than most NGO budgets allow.
- Generic AI tools (ChatGPT, generic RAG wrappers) don't understand the
specific workflows, document types, or safety constraints of rights work.
- Off-the-shelf solutions routinely store session tokens, chat logs, and
document contents in ways that fail basic NGO compliance reviews.

## What we do
- Build sovereign AI orchestration systems — multi-agent workflows and tool
pipelines hosted on EU infrastructure, using open-source components where
possible and European LLM APIs for sensitive calls.
- Design information-security-aware document processing for intake forms,
  case files, and institutional knowledge.
- Select and integrate tools that respect privacy by default. No US-hosted
analytics. No data retention we didn't agree to.
- Train staff so the system remains operable without us.

## Outcomes
- AI capability that matches or exceeds what larger organisations deploy,
at a fraction of the cost.
- A system owned by the NGO, not rented from a vendor — data stays under
client control and export is not blocked.
- Reduced exposure to foreign jurisdictional risk.
- Staff who can operate and adjust the system independently.

## How we work
- Fixed-scope projects for discrete builds; retainer partnerships for
  ongoing support.
- Weekly cadence on active builds. Asynchronous and documented.
- Sovereignty decisions — where data lives, which models are called, which
tools are approved — are made jointly and in writing.

## Next step
Start with a no-obligation discovery call. We will scope your specific
problem and recommend whether a project, a retainer, or simply better tool
choices is the right fit.
