# About Crystallized Intelligence

## Who runs this
Crystallized Intelligence is owned and operated by Aisling McCaffrey,
based in Luxembourg. It is a sole proprietorship founded in 2026, serving
NGOs, SMEs, and solopreneurs across the greater region.

## How we work
- Partnership, not vendor engagement. Aisling works alongside clients on
  both defined projects and ongoing embedded retainers.
- Sovereignty-first architecture — EU-hosted infrastructure, open-source
  tools, European LLM APIs for sensitive calls. The best AI models (which
  today includes non-European ones) are used as tools; the architecture
  around them is sovereign.
- Transparent pricing. Fixed-price discovery, fixed-price pilots. No
  recurring SaaS unless it's genuinely the right tool.

## Values
- European tech sovereignty — not as slogan, as architecture.
- Open source where it works. Cost-consciousness as respect for clients
  who aren't venture-funded.
- AI as empowerment. We do not position AI as a replacement for people.
  The goal is to help small teams do more so they can expand their
  footprint.
- Every problem matters equally — whether automating a newsletter or
  building a secure document system for a human-rights org.
